House “Joint” Resolution 353 – Florida Medical Marijuana
Florida may be next to get Medical Marijuana law.
It looks like Florida, may be one of the next states to have a medical marijuana program.
Rep. Jeff Clemens, has submitted HJR 353, which if passed, will make it legal for patients with many qualifying conditions, to use medical marijuana.

“The amendment provides that a person may not be denied any right or privilege and is not subject to arrest, prosecution, or penalty in any manner, including, but not limited to, a civil penalty or disciplinary action by a business, occupational, or professional licensing board, for providing a qualifying patient or primary caregiver of such a patient with cannabis or cannabis paraphernalia or for any other act done in accordance with the amendment.
